What’s up, STL? Patrico here. I wanted to make sure that we're putting out more content...and I’ve been keeping a close eye on what you guys are cranking in your cars from South County to St. Charles.
This week’s Billboard Top 10 is a wild mix of heartbreak, high-energy K-pop, and Taylor Swift just doing Taylor Swift things.
Here is the breakdown of what’s dominating the charts this week:
1. Ella Langley – "Choosin' Texas"
Ella is absolutely killing it right now. This track is a total gut-punch about a guy who leaves Tennessee for a girl in the Lone Star State, and you can practically hear the whiskey in her voice. It’s sitting at the top spot for a reason.....it’s relatable, it’s raw, and it’s an anthem for anyone who’s ever been second-best to a zip code.Watch the video here
2. Olivia Dean – "Man I Need"
If you need a vibe for your drive down 40, this is it. Olivia Dean brings that funky, neo-soul energy that just makes you have a dance party in your Suburban. It’s a "know your worth" track that feels like summer came early to St. Louis. Watch the YouTube video
3. Alex Warren – "Ordinary"
This guy has been on the charts for what feels like forever, and I’m not even mad about it. I dig this song. Something about it. Hate if you want...but it's a damn beautiful song.

4. Taylor Swift – "Opalite"
Taylor is back in her "breezy pop" bag with this one, and honestly, it’s infectious. I don't want to like this song...but I do. It’s a love song about finding happiness after a bunch of bad luck, and yeah, we’re all pretty sure it’s about a certain tight end. Not his tight end...but...you know what we mean.

5. Bruno Mars – "I Just Might"
Nobody does retro-cool like Bruno. This one is a straight-up 70s funk throwback about spotting someone across a crowded club and wondering if they’ve got the moves to match their vibe. Jammer.
6. HUNTR/X – "Golden"
We're still here. Can't escape the KPop Demon Hunters. And honestly - I'm OK with it. My kids dig it and it's not "Raining Tacos" so I'm OK with it. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it's catchy as all hell. ((Here's a metal version of it instead of the original))

7. Taylor Swift – "The Fate of Ophelia"
More Taylor. Enough said....

8. Bad Bunny – "DTMF"
If you loved or hated him at the Super Bowl - one thing is for certain...people have been listening to Bad Bunny. This song, DTMF, is a catchy ass song. I'm not the biggest Bad Bunny fan...but the dude can throw down in the wrestling ring so he gets a few bonus points from me.

9. PinkPantheress & Zara Larsson – "Stateside"
This is a high-speed, drum-and-bass-infused pop banger that feels like a caffeinated crush. Zara Larsson joined the remix and sent this thing straight to the Top 10 after that Olympic figure skating feature. It’s short, sweet, and stays on repeat in my brain.
10. Kehlani – "Folded"
Kehlani closes out the list with a track that hits right in the feels. It’s about that messy "maybe I shouldn't have broken up with you" phase, all shown by folding up an ex's clothes instead of tossing them. Not my speed but a well put together song none the less.
